Todd was born and raised in Georgia, and currently resides in Cherokee County with his wife Andrea. He’s been in the finance and mortgage lending industry since 1998! Todd and his Team pride themselves on providing exceptional service throughout the entire loan process. Team Littlejohn is well educated, in all available mortgage products, to ensure their customers receive the best loan to meet their needs. Todd is excited to have his daughter, Brittany, on his team as a Mortgage Loan Originator and Sales Assistant because 2 is always better than 1! Proud dad! His biggest pride and joy is becoming a “Big Poppa” to his beautiful granddaughter, Anslee Marie in 2016! Todd is a member of the Cherokee Board of Realtors and Knights of Columbus. He is also a member of Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church. When not finding the perfect loan for his clients, Todd enjoys skiing, canoeing, and white water rafting. Chase McFarlin is an attorney in the firm’s residential real estate practice. With a focus on client service, Chase works with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, builders and investors on home purchases, sales and refinances. He is adept at resolving title issues prior to closing ensuring a seamless transaction. Chase approaches each transaction with focus and care to ensure that all parties involved are satisfied with their experience. Prior to joining Weissman, he handled closings in and around metropolitan Atlanta, providing clients with a smooth and efficient transaction.

In his spare time, Chase enjoys visiting with friends and family, and traveling with his wife, Emily.
